Use this page to permanently remove your Urban Route sign-in. You can delete it yourself while signed in, or send us a request and we will process it for you.
What is deleted
- • Your sign-in credentials and active sessions
- • Your profile (name, phone, preferred language)
- • Your notification preferences
- • Your assigned access role
What we keep
- • Your service record: properties, jobs, estimates, invoices and payments
- • These records are kept to meet tax, accounting and warranty obligations
- • They are no longer linked to a sign-in and are only visible to authorized staff
